Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Sophie Stardust, based in England and Wales ("IMVICA", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the IMVICA platform, websites and related services (together the "Service"). By creating an account, ticking the agreement box at sign-up, or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it and references to "you" include that organisation.
2. The Service
IMVICA is a marketing and authority-building platform for thought leaders: authors, speakers, founders, coaches and consultants. It provides AI-assisted drafting, planning, content libraries, analytics and related tools. We may add, change, suspend or remove features. For material changes that affect paid plans we will give reasonable prior notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@crvi.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Your content
You own the content you create, upload or store in IMVICA ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, copy, adapt and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including sending relevant prompts and references to AI providers so they can generate requested output. This licence ends when you delete Your Content, subject to short retention in backups as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI-assisted features and responsible use
IMVICA uses third-party AI models to generate text, ideas, images and other suggestions ("AI Output") based on prompts and references you submit. AI Output is provided as a starting point, not as a final, verified, legally compliant or original work. By using AI features you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI Output can be inaccurate, outdated, biased, misleading, or coincidentally similar to existing third-party material.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, editing and deciding whether and how to publish or distribute AI Output.
- The legal status and copyright protection of AI Output varies by country and may be uncertain or limited; we make no warranty that AI Output is original or protectable.
- You will not rely on AI Output for legal, medical, financial, psychological or other professional advice.
- You will not use AI features to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, sexual content involving minors, or designed to deceive or harm others.
- Where required by law, platform policy or professional ethics, you will clearly disclose your use of AI.
6. Acceptable use and content rules
You agree that you will not, and you will not encourage or allow anyone else to:
- Upload, generate or publish content that infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral or contractual rights.
- Copy, paraphrase or closely imitate the work, voice or branding of another person or business without clear permission or a lawful basis.
- Impersonate any person or organisation, misrepresent your affiliation, or create fake reviews, endorsements or testimonials.
- Upload other people's manuscripts, unpublished work, photographs, recordings, datasets or confidential information without their written permission.
- Submit excessive personal data about yourself or others. Treat AI features as semi-public: do not paste contact details, financial data, health data, government identifiers or sensitive personal information.
- Use the Service for spam, scams, deceptive marketing, hate speech, harassment, incitement to violence or any unlawful activity.
- Generate adult sexual content, content sexualising minors, terrorism content, or content that violates applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
- Probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, overload or disrupt the Service or its underlying systems.
- Resell, sublicense or build a competing product using the Service, in whole or in part.
We may remove content, restrict features or suspend or end accounts that breach these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
7. Intellectual property
IMVICA, including its software, design, branding and documentation, is owned by Sophie Stardust and her licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may not use the IMVICA name or logo without our prior written consent.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact legal@crvi.app with enough information to identify the work, the alleged infringing material, your contact details and a statement of good faith. We respond to valid notices under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, the US DMCA and similar laws.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties such as Supabase, Stripe and AI providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for content you choose to publish on other platforms using output generated in IMVICA.
9. Payments, trials and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe in the currency shown at checkout. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Outside any statutory cooling-off right that applies to consumers, fees are non-refundable. If you are a UK or EU consumer purchasing digital content, you agree that supply begins immediately on purchase and you lose the statutory right to cancel within 14 days once you begin using the Service.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or end your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision of the Service to you creates a risk for us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content rules, disclaimers, liability limits and governing law) will continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all AI Output are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, fit for any particular purpose, or that AI Output will be accurate, original, non-infringing or suitable for publication. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including, for UK and EU consumers, statutory rights and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
12. Limitation of liability
Subject to the previous paragraph, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses; loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, reputation, opportunity or anticipated savings; or loss or corruption of data.
- We are not liable for any claim arising out of AI Output, including any claim that AI Output infringes a third party's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, is inaccurate or causes any loss.
- Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid to us for the Service in that 12-month period (or, if you have not paid us any fees, GBP 50).
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold IMVICA harmless from any third-party claim, demand or proceeding (including reasonable legal costs) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, (b) Your Content, (c) AI Output you choose to publish, distribute, register or commercialise, and (d) your infringement of any third-party rights or applicable law.
14. International use and export controls
The Service is operated from the United Kingdom. You are responsible for compliance with the laws of any country from which you access the Service. You must not use the Service in violation of UK, EU, US or other applicable export-control or sanctions regimes, or if you are located in, or are a citizen or resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in-app or by email and will take effect after a reasonable notice period. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory rights of consumers to bring proceedings in their country of residence, you and we agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
